* Extremely fast ramp-up – ability to make bonus within six months
* Two physicians currently in group
* Two ARNPs with 30+ years of nursing experience
* General surgery residents assist in surgery
* No patients under 18 years of age
* Clinic conveniently located on hospital campus
* Robotics available (da Vinci surgical systems)
* Our group is large enough to handle anything uro-related but also small enough to decide which cases you want to send out to tertiary care
