• Primary Care Provider to join a dynamic healthcare team

• Adult patient population
• Approximately 20+ patients per day
Qualifications:
• MD, DO
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• DEA license and BLS certification required
• Spanish speaking is required
• Prior experience in primary care or outpatient settings is desirable.
