- Mixed inpatient and outpatient medicine to keep skill set in both Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine
- Blocked Schedule: one week ICU coverage, one week Pulmonology consults, one week clinic, one week off
- Shared call
- Open ICU; coverage shared with a well-rounded group of hospitalist, CC and Pulm physicians
- NO Night Call – Night shifts are covered by Hospitalist
