DETAILS:
– TIMELINE: ASAP-2025
– SETTING: 100% outpatient
– SCHEDULE: full time = 35-hrs in clinic + 5 “admin” hours (NOTE: Part Time Providers would be considered – – 3 days per week minimum)
* Extremely flexible to hit 35-hrs in clinic & 5 “admin” hours – DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN OFFICE for Admin Hours
* Most providers look similar to: 3-days (8-5:30), 1-day (8-7)pm, 1-day “admin” at home if they need to catch up
– VOLUME: 20-24 ppd average
– PATIENT STATS:
– EMR: eClinicalWorks
– PATIENT APPOINTMENTS: has flexibility to work with practice manager to template patient scheduling
– CALL: 1:7
* Phone Only backup to Nurse Triage answering service
* Avg 1 weekday every 2 weeks & 1 weekend every 2 months
COMPENSATION:
COMP MODEL 1 (new provider): Salary + Enculturation Bonus
* Salary Range = $225,000-$235,000
* Enculturation (Retention) Bonus: $10,000 / year
– based on continued & successful acclimation & payable at the end of each contract year (Years 1 & 2)
COMP MODEL 2 (production): Salary + Production Bonus Incentive
– Salary Range = $225,000-$235,000
– Bonus: encounter-based, up to 64% of base salary
– FT actual TOTAL COMP: $225,000-$300,000+ (several making over $300,000)
– Signing Bonus = $25,000 paid upon receipt of signed contract
