– Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
– Work with our Pain Management Specialists
– Evaluate patients with acute and chronic pain conditions and assist in creating and carrying out the treatment plan.
– The APP will be trained by our Interventional Pain Specialists and closely collaborate to determine treatment modalities and medication approaches to alleviate patient’s suffering from a variety of maladies.  
– Outpatient Only
– Join two Physicians, another full time APP and the support of a strong administrative team.
– Schedule: 4, 10-hour days Monday-Thursday
– See around 20 patients
– No Call
– Location:  Greene and Columbia County, New York
– Hospital employed status
– Salary:  $110,000 – $150,000 – Negotiable salary; guaranteed base with incentive package
