– 100% outpatient or traditional mixed practice options
– See 22 – 25 patients
– M – F 8:00am to 5:00pm
– Phone call rotation of 1 in 30 
– Optional inpatient call for additional compensation
– Ownership track available after year 2
– Physician owners are making $218,000 – $400,000+
– First two years are salaried at $215 for outpatient-only or $225,000 depending on if participating in inpatient call 1-3 nights per month, plus additional productivity bonus opportunity.
