– Large multispecialty group practice
– Outpatient-only or Option to follow up with patients in the hospital if desired
– Phone call rotated w/ 11-12 other physicians: approximately twice a month 
– Salary based on 75% of MGMA (around $240,000) + RVU and quality bonues 
– NextGen EMR
