Internal Medicine Physician – Hybrid Outpatient and SNF – Baltimore, MD

– 240K PLUS PRODUCTIVITY BONUS BASED ON RVU’S and experience
– BC/BE
– Start July 2024
– Combination of Outpatient and SNF
– See ages 16 years and older
– Monday thru Friday 40-hour schedule.
– Schedule: 8am-12noon outpatient; 1pm – 4pm SNF
– 22 patients in total per day (between both places)  
– One Sat a month to work from 9 am to 2 pm. (Only office patients.  Usually see about 5 to 8 patient office only)
– No phone call – NP will take call
– No nights
– RVU bonus above 22 patients – each additional patient is paid based on RVU based payment model. The amount per patient increases with the level of care patient needs.
– Sign on bonus
– Relocation assistance, PTO, 1 week of CME plus $1,500.00 per year.
