GI physician to work collaboratively with the current general surgeons and assist with reestablishing our GI service line. The incoming GI will be the primary provider for scopes within the community, and will be taking over for a physician retiring in April 2025.

• Hospital employed position
• Cover one hospital only
• No local GI competition
• Primarily an adult and geriatric patient base
• No clinic call requirements
• Call schedule: 10 days/month (includes 1 weekend)
• Dedicated clinic and surgery days
• ERCP is not required but a plus
• 2024 – 1500 scopes performed (the volumes are there for significantly more)
• 5 OR’s and 2 GI suites
• The ideal physician enjoys living and practicing in a rural community
• Requires BC/BE and a clean history
