- 15 exam rooms; 3 per doc
- Medical and Administrative support: 1 PT physician who does 3 days/week; 3 NPs, 2 FT physicians + MAs assigned to them
- Outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) with concentration of preventative and episodic medicine.
- Equitable call (1:4 weekday/weekend)
- 18 patients/day
- ACO clinical wraparound support services

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $265,000-$280,000 based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
