• ED is looking for full-time provider (min. 12 shifts/month including 2 weekends)
• 12-hour APP shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• 1099 setup
• $100/hr for for 12 shifts per month / $110/hr for 13 shifts and beyond
• 100 Bed Community Teaching Hospital
• EPIC EMR
• 29 Bed Emergency Department
• 39,000 Annual Visit ED
• 15% admission rate from the ED
• 2 years of recent documented ER experience required
