– Board Certified Physician Assistant
– 40+ provider multispecialty group
– M-F 7-4 or 8-5
– 18-22 patients per day in clinic; all ages
– Athena EMR
– Clinic is set up in teams of 2 MDs and 1 PA
– 32 clinic hrs and one admin day per week
– Base pay of $115,000 plus bonuses based on productivity beyond MGMA average. Providers are bonusing $70,000 – $90,000+.
