- Work 3 weekdays one week/2 weekend days plus two weekdays the following week
- Weekly avg. ~40hrs
- Monday – Friday, 8a – 8p (or until last patient seen)
- Sat/Sun 8a – 5p (or until last patient seen)

Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- DOT Certification preferred
- Georgia Medical licensure or eligibility
