– BC / BE Internal Medicine
– Full-time permanent position
– 7 days on and 7 days off
– No night coverage
– Admit every other day
– Hospitalist is not responsible for ICU patients; intensivists on-site
– No codes: Code team and a Rapid response team handles them
– Procedures optional
– 15-20 patients per day
– ~100 bed hospital
– Community hospital acuity level
– Base of $285K based on experience/references, etc. + productivity incentives
