Geriatric Nurse Practitioner – Coastal Tampa Area – Largo / Seminole, Florida

– Float between two clinics; 1 in Largo and 1 in Seminole
– Outpatient only, no hospital admitting or rounding
– Monday-Friday schedule 8:00a-5:00p
– 100% focused on the 55+/Geriatric population with a focus on Medicare Advantage
– Group uses Athena EMR
– Great reputation and a well-run office
– Prior NP experience required
– Experience with Managed Care (HEDIS scores, MRA, etc) or willingness to learn is essential
– Focus on quality outcomes as opposed to productivity
– Team approach involves case managers, referral coordinators, etc
– 20 Days of PTO per 365 day period;
