– BC/BE Family Medicine Physician
– Primary Care Outpatient Opportunity
– Flexible scheduling options; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday
– Community owned not-for-profit organization 
– Permanent; full-time position
– 72 patients per week via clinical encounters
– No call
– No inpatient work required
Compensation and Benefits
– Year 1 – Base salary of $285,900
– Year 2 & beyond – Annual performance incentives
– $45/wRVU in excess of 5,600 Annual Productive Bonus
– Primary Care Provider Production Plan
– $60,000 signing bonus
– Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment
